Happy New Year everyone! After a short break at the end of 2017, I’m back to share with you Saranghae’s 5 Step Routine Review. Sarangahae is an amazing Korean skin care company that uses rare and powerful Asian Botanicals that grow in the rich volcanic soil on Jeju Island in South Korea.
I’ve always been good about taking care of my skin since I was in college. I’ve used numerous luxury skincare lines as well as Korean skincare so I was excited to try Saranghae’s 5 Step Routine. I just turned 43 last fall so it’s even more important to me to take care of my skin.

I just turned 43 last fall so it’s even more important to me to take care of my skin. Let me first start out by explain the 5 Step Routine and then share my thoughts.
Saranghae’s 5 Step Routine
Step 1: Cleanse
Most of the time when I use a cleanser, I don’t think too much about it since it only stays on my skin for a moment but once I tried Saranghae’s recently reformulated Nourishing & Moisturizing Oil + Foam Cleanser, I changed my mind. First of all, their cleanser contains Truffle Extract and Gold! It removes makeup, hydrates and nourishes your face while cleansing. Second, I noticed right away that my face felt softer after cleansing. Third, it smells really good!
Step 2: Nourish
I’m used to most Korean skincare routines that separate the essence and serum but Saranghae’s Deep Radiance Essence + Serum packs a punch by combining the two to heal and regenerate your skin. It’s like “liquid gold” for your skin!
Step 3: Heal
The purpose of Saranghae’s Firm and Lift Cellular Regeneration Cream is to moisturize, hydrate and rejuvenate and it does just that and more! It locks in the moisture and doesn’t feel sticky or gooey. It soaks into your skin to heal and restore your skin.
Step 4: Eye Cream
This is the step that I usually overlook because I felt like I didn’t really need it. But after using the Focal Renewal Eye Cream for the past month, I can see a reduction in the bags under my eyes even when I don’t get adequate sleep.
Step 5: Elemental Essence Mask
Sheet Masks are probably the most well known aspect of Korean skin care. You use it once or twice a week and leave it on for 15-20 minutes to deliver antioxidants to repair and rejuvenate your skin. Saranghae’s Elemental Essence Mask is described as a vacation for your skin! It really does feel like that. One thing I really liked about their sheet masks verses other masks is how thin and lightweight it is. It also has a pleasant scent and feels really refreshing.

Having used Saranghae’s 5 Step Routine for a little over a month, I noticed that my fine lines were less noticeable, my skin felt softer and more supple. I loved how the scent in each of the products were pleasant and not overpowering. Sometimes Korean skin care products have a heavy scent and smell either too flowery or medicinal. But Saranghae’s products smell so good and I don’t notice the scent. I feel like after having used Saranghae’s 5 Step Routine, my skin is more “glowy” and I can’t wait to continue to use them and see more changes in my skin as time passes.

I was super interested in this. I love trying new products. But when I saw the price, that turned me off. Too bad cause I liked what I saw.
Aww Susan. I know that the price can seem a bit much but when you see the variety of products and quality of what you’re getting, it’s not as bad. It’s definitely not drugstore prices but it is not super expensive like some of the high end/luxury products.
